All prices are in Danish crowns incl. VAT unless otherwise stated
Age conditions
Products and services må only be used by persons who are 18 years-old or more.
If you are under 18 years-old, you need to have a written permission from one of your parents or your guardian.
Personal information
Louise Virginia does not pass on your personal information about clients, unless it is clearly stated. Louise Virginia reserves the right to block access to the products or services if they entered personal information is patently false.
Terms of personal coaching 1: 1
Full confidentiality is part of all personal coaching services 1:1, which means everything that is being said in the personal coaching sessions remains confidential between coach and client.
All coaching sessions 1:1 is paid before the session starts. There is no right of withdrawal for already paid coaching sessions.
By cancellation later than 24 hours before the session's start, the session can be moved to a different time.
By cancellation more than 24 hours before the session starts, the session is not refunded (except in the case of sudden illness. Here, please call and cancel as soon as possible). The session can be moved to a different time.
If I due to illness or otherwise being forced to cancel some of the sessions, you can either get new times or refunded an amount equal to the number of sessions you have left.
